Matt Poland - Commercial End User Project Manager/Estimator

Matt has fifteen years of experience in commercial, residential, and governmental construction management and estimating with a strong background in general construction. Matt graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.  Matt specializes in commercial outside sales and state and government contracts management.

Bryce Hines - Commercial End User Estimator

Bryce was born and raised in Charleston, SC, and graduated from The Citadel with a Math and Computer Science degree. He has eight years of experience in the flooring industry, including three years in project management and five years in estimating. Bryce has also worked in retail, builder, commercial, and multi-family settings. Not only is Bryce passionate about working in the construction industry, but he also enjoys helping his clients find the right flooring to fit their needs.

Randy Holloway - Commercial Estimator/Project Manager

Randy has twenty years of experience in commercial estimating and project management as well as several years of commercial resilient flooring experience. Randy has an associate’s degree from VWCC in business management and accounting.  Randy “grew up” in the commercial resilient flooring business, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.  Randy moved from the field to commercial estimating and project management in 1993.  Randy specializes in commercial contract accounts, both negotiated and bid jobs, with general contractors.
